CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment through our online booking system. Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment , arriving more than 7 mins late , or no showing your appointment will result in 100% charge in services booked. Reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. Removing services from a multiple service appointment will be treated as same day cancellation. Cancelling or multiple late arrivals to three consecutive appointments will result in removal from clientele list and you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
