CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking + Cancellation Policy Appointments are timed by service and booked back-to-back. A 7-minute grace period is allowed to be inside the suite. If you are running late, please text me ASAP. Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation, and the full service fee will apply. If we’re unable to complete your service due to lateness, the full service total will still be charged. For best results, hair should be grown out 4–6 weeks. 1–2 weeks is usually not enough. If hair is too short to wax at your appointment, the full service fee will still apply. Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24+ hours in advance through the booking site. Same-day cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows are charged 100%. If you’re unable to cancel or reschedule online, you are outside the allowed window—please text me. The fastest way to reach me is by text at (952) 451-3016, as I’m usually with clients and unable to answer calls. No emails or DMs for time-sensitive changes. Any declined or unpaid fees must be resolved before booking future appointments Same-day time changes are not guaranteed. Appointments are scheduled intentionally, and moving them can disrupt the flow of the day. Requests to move to a later time may be declined. Same-day service removals or downgrades will be charged at the original total. Frequent rescheduling or excessive changes may result in appointment cancellation to allow availability for other clients.
