CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24+ hours in advance through the booking site. Same-day cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows are charged 100% of the service total. All same-day or last-minute cancellations must be sent by text message. Emails and DMs are not accepted for time-sensitive changes. Appointments are booked back-to-back and timed by service. There is a 7-minute grace period to be inside the suite (not parked). Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation and the fee will apply. Same-day service removals or downgrades will be charged at the original total. Declined cards must be paid before rebooking. By booking, you agree to these policies.
