CANCELLATION POLICY

I’m a one-woman show, so every appointment matters. You have a 7-minute grace period to be in the room. After that, your appointment may be canceled and charged in full. Running late? Text me. ❌ Cancellations, reschedules under 24 hrs, or no-shows = 100% charge. Reschedules must be done online—no DMs or texts. Same-day service removals will still be charged. After 2 late cancellations, your next 3 appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking.
