CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24+ hours in advance through the booking site. Same-day reschedules, late cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total, as that time was reserved for you and cannot be filled last-minute. Appointments are timed by service and booked back-to-back. Please plan ahead—there’s a 7-minute grace period to be inside the suite (not parked). Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation and the fee will apply. If you remove or downgrade a service same-day, the original total still applies, as it results in loss of income. You may modify appointments through the 24- or 72-hour reminder links sent before your visit. Declined cards will receive an invoice and must be paid before rebooking. These policies help keep this small business running smoothly and ensure fairness to all clients. By booking, you agree to these terms.
