CANCELLATION POLICY

You’ve got 7 minutes after your start time to be in the room. Later than that? You may be canceled and charged in full. Running behind? Text me. Cancel, reschedule under 24 hrs, or no-show = 100% charge. Reschedules are online only—no DMs or texts. Remove a service same day? You’ll still be charged. Life happens, but if you’re always late, rescheduling, or ghosting like an ex, there’s a wax chain with multiple waxers who can roll with that. I'm a one woman show.
